It pretty much says what I said a couple weeks ago, but it says it well. And it's worth repeating. AT&T's hatred of its customers blinds it to the huge damage it continues to do to its reputation. Long term, that will come back to haunt them.

I called at&t to upgrade my plan and was quoted a price. I got the bill and it was a hundred dollars a month more than the quote so i called them . They said that they were very sorry but that there was nothing that could be done to give me the price that was quoted. I asked they to replay the recorded conversation... "Not available" This is an evil company!!!
